I have just found the yummyest ice cream recipe here It comes from a Ben and Gerry recipe book, I'm in the process of letting the mixture cool down so I can get it into the fridge. Ours is going to apple crumble.
We have a glut of apples at the moment, and quickly running out of icecream. I sort of forgot about the icecream maker over summer, I guess that's because we didn't really have one this year. And thought, apple crumble ice cream...I can't wait.
