Our first attempt of Macarons

Well, They look a bit better than they taste...mmm actually they taste pretty good too. But, they're not quite right. The biscuits are a bit soggy, which leads me to believe the oven isn't hot enough. However, the raspberry cream is deluxe! Plus , the recipe has made so much raspberry cream i don't know what where going to do with it all.

Hello. In melbourne today to buy a neice an excellent book from the Avenue bookshop...very excellent shop. Then went to "The Bakery" for lunch...Big mistake, don't go there!! Doesn't every one know that we watch Ramsay's kitchen nightmares!!! The food was at the very least yesterdays...maybe older, and microwaved to death!! Poor show Bakery, you used to be so good, now you are very bad...
